Founded in 2002 by Omar Cortes, Don Quixote’s Home Decor began as a dream—a desire to bring the beauty and tradition of Mexican and Latin American craftsmanship into American homes. Inspired by the timeless spirit of Don Quixote, a man who believed in the impossible, Omar built the business from scratch with a vision that combined artistry, quality, and care.
Today, we specialize in custom furniture, front doors, iron gates, wine rooms, and so many more unique decorative pieces—all handcrafted from solid wood and wrought iron, using traditional techniques passed down through generations in Mexico. Many of our pieces are made in Tepeaca, Puebla, or Guadalajara, and every detail—from carving to painting—is done by hand.
